About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our pharmacy team at Asda Stores Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

The role requires a strong leader with a passion for healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business. You will be accountable for delivering all pharmacy-related targets and deadlines, as well as managing the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues.

You will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve exceptional levels of patient safety and satisfaction. With access to in-store, regional, and home office teams, you will be fully supported in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Manage the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues to ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance.
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
  • Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
  • Able to balance line management and pharmacy responsibilities to deliver a safe working environment.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also included.
