Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to lead our Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and experience in managing and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Mental Health Team, ensuring effective delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety and equality and diversity.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse / AHP or Pharmacist with a valid NMC/ HCPC / GPhC registration.
  • Completion of Post Graduate Diploma (Masters) in Advanced Practice with evidence of finalising Masters Degree.
  • Experience of assessing training needs and managing resources.
  • Knowledge and experience of needs assessment and analysis/interpretation of related data.
  • Completion of management and or leadership training.
