Job Description
As a Financial Operations Coordinator at Exertis (UK) Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include processing debtor payments, resolving sales invoice queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About You
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills and experience in IT systems, particularly SAP. Key Responsibilities
* Process debtor payments on SAP, ensuring timely payment of debts
* Resolve sales invoice queries both internally and externally, providing excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies
* Perform daily bank reconciliation and weekly/monthly aged debt reporting
