About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food technology interventions and supporting students as a teaching assistant. This role requires working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food technology interventions to students with SEMH needs.
  • Provide support to students during food technology lessons.
Requirements:
  • Holding a HLTA qualification or having relevant experience is essential.
  • Prior experience supporting food technology lessons in a SEND or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.
Working Arrangements:
  • This is a 4-day-a-week position, Monday to Thursday.
  • The location of the academy is near Totnes.
