We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting students to achieve their full potential and develop the skills they need to succeed in life. They will work closely with tutors and other staff members to ensure that students receive the support and guidance they need to thrive.
We require someone who has experience of working in the education sector and can provide support and guidance to students in a positive and respectful manner. The ideal candidate will have great communication and organisation skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for supporting individuals with learning difficulties.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,150 per annum, which includes holiday pay, and a starting entitlement of 33 days paid holiday (pro-rata for part time). We also offer a fully funded DBS check and update service, access to valuable resources including an employee assistance program, and the opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
