About the Role:

As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to support student progress. Your creativity and ability to engage all students in lessons will be essential. To ensure effective learning, you will set clear targets that build on prior knowledge.

All students have complex learning needs, SEMH difficulties, and challenging behavior. Therefore, excellent behavior management skills, resilience, and patience are crucial.

You will work on outreach and at other school sites, so a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's specialist school as a permanent member of staff. You will contribute to developing strong and trusting relationships with students, enabling their social and emotional growth.
