Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clerical Officer to join our team in Ballee, Ballymena. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and experience working in a public sector environment.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clerical Assistant to work as part of our Special Education Needs Support Department on a temporary-ongoing basis. As a Senior Clerical Officer, you will provide advice and assistance to our Officers, the public, and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Executive Officer in conducting research and investigations within the department.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents and reports.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language or equivalent.
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
The rate of pay for this role is £12.52 per hour, and you will work 36 hours per week based in Ballee, Ballymena. You will also benefit from:
