Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Officer to provide administrative support to our team at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, correspondence, and providing general administrative assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage the diary of senior staff members, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
  • Email and Correspondence: Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring that all communications are dealt with professionally.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary: £28,000 per annum.
