Job Title: Office Operations Manager

Expert Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our client's team in Dungiven. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administration staff while promoting a positive work environment
* Handle personnel issues professionally and respectfully
* Foster excellent customer relationships both internally and externally
* Provide updates on estimating, sales, deliveries, and invoicing
* Liaise with sales teams regarding project progress and pricing
* Offer backup support for all processing functions
* Maintain professional knowledge of products and communicate changes effectively
* Serve as a liaison between Site and Office teams
* Implement and monitor software systems across the office

Requirements:
* Previous experience in Construction or Manufacturing is desirable
* Strong leadership and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Working Hours: 09.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. For further information, please contact us at our website.
