About Our Client
We are a leading healthcare provider in Londonderry, seeking a highly skilled and organized General Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior medical management teams, ensuring efficient operation of departments and prioritizing patient needs.
Key Requirements:
- At least 6-12 months relevant experience within an Administration or Clerical capacity is essential
- Previous experience within a Health & Social Care Trust or Medical setting would be highly advantageous
- Effective communicator with strong organizational & time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of clerical support to include filing, processing mail, report preparation, case management & appointment scheduling
- Diary management and note or minute taking
- Answering telephone enquiries and reception support
- Data entry & schedule management
