Job Overview
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Administrator to join our team in Londonderry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our senior medical management teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have at least 6-12 months relevant experience within an Administration or Clerical capacity
- Previous experience within a Health & Social Care Trust or Medical setting would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to senior medical management teams
- Managing appointments and bookings
- Diary management and note or minute taking
- Data entry & schedule management
