Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Administrator to join our team in Londonderry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our senior medical management teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have at least 6-12 months relevant experience within an Administration or Clerical capacity
  • Previous experience within a Health & Social Care Trust or Medical setting would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior medical management teams
  • Managing appointments and bookings
  • Diary management and note or minute taking
  • Data entry & schedule management
