Job Details:

  • Part-time position, 2-3 days per week
  • Fixed-term contract for 6 months, with potential extension
  • Competitive salary of £24,000 (pro rata) per annum

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our team
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Carry out general office duties, including data entry and organizing post
  • Cover reception as needed
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer to relevant personnel

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or office assistance
  • GCSE level education or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
