Experienced NEC Contract Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to lead and manage construction projects in the public sector, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage NEC contracts, including preparation, administration, and compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Engage with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the public sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience managing projects under NEC contracts.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion.
