Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Officer to provide high-quality generalist services to the HR function. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns
  • Administering training requirements
  • Coordinating the digital transformation of HR information
  • Maintaining regular contact with employees, addressing queries, and signposting correctly
  • Dealing with phone calls, general filing, scanning, and data input
  • Maintaining and promoting staff wellness and wellbeing

The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and work closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A third-level degree in a business or related discipline
  • A degree classification of 2:1 or higher
  • At least one year's employment in an HR function
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Methodical approach
  • Interest in holistic HR practices
