About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality generalist services to support the smooth operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Managing training and development programs
- Coordinating digital HR initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a related field
- Experience in an HR function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
