**Job Title:** HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at McCambridge Duffy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR function, providing guidance on employment law and best practices, managing recruitment, employee relations, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Support: Advise Directors on HR strategy, policy, and legal compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current UK and ROI legislation.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Mediate and resolve workplace disputes and maintain harmonious working relationships.
  • Performance Management: Support Directors in managing appraisals, performance reviews, and improvement plans. Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career progression.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and other regulations. Prepare HR reports and metrics for the Directors to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:

Essential: Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within professional services or a medium-sized organisation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Desirable: Knowledge of HR software systems.

Skills: HR Administration, HR Management, HR Policies, Human Resources, HR Software.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
