Job Title: HR Officer

The role of the HR Officer is to provide a comprehensive Human Resources service, supporting the management team in their decision-making processes. This includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Salary: £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a HR Officer in a generalist role, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be able to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of HR software systems. The salary package is competitive, including a hybrid working arrangement that offers a great work-life balance.
