Job Description


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic equipment rental company. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for organising recruitment campaigns, conducting the induction and onboarding process, and generating monthly HR KPI reports. You will also support line managers with people management tasks, coordinate training for teams, and organise quarterly Communication Forum meetings.


This role would be ideal for an HR Officer or similar with CIPD level 5 looking for a hands-on position within a growing company that values positivity, responsibility, and area for progression.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise recruitment campaigns for all depots across Ireland
  • Conduct the induction and onboarding process
  • Generate monthly HR KPI reports and maintain accurate records
  • Provide relevant advice and support to line managers on people management duties
  • Support line managers in organising training for their teams


Requirements:

  • HR Officer or similar
  • Relevant degree in HRM or CIPD Level 5 / Associate Membership
  • Commutable to Cookstown
