About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our client on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide high-quality support and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment campaigns and administer training requirements
- Support day-to-day human resources and learning and development administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and coordinate digital transformation projects
- Prepare regular reports and maintain effective communication with employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (2:1 or higher)
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, with excellent IT skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong commercial acumen, methodical approach, and trustworthiness
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
