About the Role

This Employment Services Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work with a high-profile company and contribute to its HR function. The role involves providing administrative support for various HR-related activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for:

  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns, including managing job postings, interviewing candidates, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Administering training programs, including scheduling workshops, tracking attendance records, and maintaining updated training databases.
  • Providing generalist HR support, including responding to employee queries, resolving HR-related issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Third-level degree in a business or related discipline; at least 1 year's employment experience in the HR function; excellent IT skills; strong commercial acumen; and a knowledge of current employment legislation.
