Digital Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Project Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. This is a temporary, full-time position lasting a minimum of 6 months with the potential for extension.
About the RoleAs a Digital Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our ICT department as they roll out a new digital service. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Organize and provision of ICT equipment
- Type reports, memos, letters, forms etc. to a high standard
- Diary management, note taking, word processing, mail management, file maintenance
- Prepare papers, reports, briefings etc. to meet project requirements
You will also be responsible for telephone duties, dealing with queries and taking clear and concise messages.
Requirements- 5 GCSEs (A-C), Including English and Math
- Relevant office experience
- At least 1 year in a secretarial or administrative role
- £12.86 per hour
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
- Inclusion into the company's pension scheme
