Job Overview: First Choice Selection Services is seeking highly skilled Project Administrators to provide administration support to the ICT department within the Western Trust as they roll out a new digital service (Encompass). The selected candidates will be responsible for organizing and providing ICT equipment, preparing reports, memos, and other documents to a high standard, and managing diaries and taking notes as required. They will also handle telephone duties, dealing with queries and taking clear and concise messages.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Providing administration support to the ICT department
  • Organizing and maintaining ICT equipment
  • Preparing and sending reports, memos, letters, and forms to a high standard
  • Managing diaries and taking notes as required
  • Handling telephone duties, including dealing with queries and taking clear and concise messages

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Math
  • Relevant office experience, preferably in a secretarial or administrative role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
