About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Clerical Operations Coordinator to join our team in Randstad UK. As a Clerical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of our healthcare services.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £11.45 - £12.86 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and weekend pay. This translates to a weekly salary of approximately £443.80 - £515.40.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of clerical support to management teams, including filing, processing mail, photocopying, report preparation, case management, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage diaries, take notes or minutes, and answer telephone enquiries and reception support.
  • Enter data into computerised systems and update patient files and records.
  • Engage with clinical and management teams, and work effectively in fast-paced hospital, ward, patient-facing, and back-office departments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-12 months relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity.
  • Previous experience within a Health & Social Care Trust or Medical setting would be highly advantageous.
  • Effective communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
