Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. This is a temporary full-time position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role after a successful probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll for 20-25 staff members
- Track hours worked, verify pay rates, and issue paychecks
- Collect and update employee information, maintaining accurate records
- Review and process invoices
- Provide general reception and administrative support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- At least one year of experience working in an office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
