Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Accounts Payable Assistant on a part-time basis. As an experienced Accounts Payable professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Perform month-end accruals and reconciliations
  • Resolve queries and issues related to accounts payable

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Accounts Payable, excellent IT skills, including Excel, and effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is also necessary.
