Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fraud Operations Analyst to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you will be responsible for managing risk and preventing financial losses through proactive analysis and swift action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage risk and prevent financial losses through proactive analysis and swift action
- Analyze data from internal systems and manual reports to detect potential fraud cases
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and take prompt action to mitigate risk
- Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and relevant departments to resolve issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fraud/billing and strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
