Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our plants in Maydown and Kerkrade. You will prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for operations, commercial, and finance teams.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage site budgets; provide variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies; manage audits and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives.

A strong background in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is essential. Proven ability to communicate and present solutions at a senior management level is also required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
