About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Derry/Londonderry.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office duties, including data entry and organizing post.
  • Meet and greet clients, answer telephone calls and transfer them to relevant staff members.
  • Cover reception as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous administration or office assistant experience.
  • GCSE level or equivalent education, including English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
  • Part-time position (2-3 days per week).
  • Salary: £24,000 (pro rata) per annum.
