Administration Support Specialist

First Choice Selection Services is seeking three skilled Administration Support Specialists to assist with the implementation of our new digital service, Encompass. This is a full-time temporary position lasting a minimum of six months, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.86. As an essential part of our ICT department, you will provide administration support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
You will be responsible for organizing and providing ICT equipment, preparing reports and documents, managing diaries, and handling telephone duties. Your primary focus will be on supporting our client based in Altnagelvin Hospital, ensuring project requirements are met. If you have relevant office experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to our ICT department.
- Prepare reports, documents, and other materials as required.
- Manage diaries, take notes, perform word processing, mail management, file maintenance, and prepare papers, reports, briefings, etc.
- Handle telephone duties, dealing with queries, taking clear and concise messages.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Math.
- Relevant office experience, preferably in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
