Job Role: Administrative Support Specialist

Brook Street is currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist to work in Derry. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be passionate about delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain efficient filing systems and procedures.
  2. Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  3. Prepare and distribute departmental reports and policies.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of five GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of administrative experience.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, which equates to approximately £11.45 per hour for Band 2 and £11.67 per hour for Band 3.
