Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at First Choice Selection Services.
As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their diaries and schedules.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role and hold 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Math.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising and maintaining diaries/schedules to arrange appointments and meetings
- Providing telephone services and mail management
- Preparing and issuing agendas and papers, as well as producing minutes of meetings
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.86, a minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), and inclusion into our company's pension scheme.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract expected to last until January 2025, with potential for extension based on performance.
