Job Title: Clerical Officer Administrator

We are seeking an experienced clerical officer to join our team in Derry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent administrative skills and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising the office and maintaining an efficient filing system, including mail distribution, photocopying, and ensuring relevant charts are available for clinics.
  • Facilitating communication within the department by liaising with relevant staff and handling telephone enquiries.
  • Demonstrating high-level word processing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software as required.
  • Assisting in the production of departmental policies and reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent qualification, or at least two years of administrative experience.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, which equates to approximately £11.45 per hour for Band 2 and £11.67 per hour for Band 3.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday Schedule: Work from 9 AM to 5 PM.
