Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team in London. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and decision-makers

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and trends

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. The salary for this role is up to £80,000 per annum.
