Sales and Business Development Leader

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Leader to spearhead our sales efforts across multiple leisure venues in the southwest, west midlands, and northwest of England.
- Design and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Direct a team of sales professionals, instilling a culture of excellence and driving results-oriented performance.
- Partner with marketing teams to deliver cohesive national and local sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a driven personality, and a results-focused approach.
- Extensive experience in strategic sales and business development within large multi-site leisure or hospitality companies.
- A proven track record of leading high-performing sales/commercial teams and managing the sales funnel to secure customer loyalty.
- Project management expertise in launching new openings and sales campaigns.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills to inform business decisions.
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between venues.
Remuneration includes a competitive salary (around £83,500) and bonus structure, plus company vehicle and benefits associated with a senior role.
