Technical Services Analyst

Hays Technology is seeking a skilled IT Service Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the technical services team, you will be responsible for providing 1st-2nd Line support to users across multiple sites nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware and software support
- Asset management - configure, deploy, document management
- Laptop and hardware roll outs
- User access and permissions management
- Escalate complex issues to outsource partners
- Point of escalation for junior Analyst
- Managing tickets via phone, email and ticketing system
- Ownership of project work
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years working in a relevant role
- Proficient with hardware and software support
- Worked with Microsoft systems and applications
- Understanding of VMware
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks
- Worked with LAN and WAN networks
- Driving licence - ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000-32,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- All travel costs are covered - mileage rate or hire vehicle
- 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
