About the Role:

Canvas Reply is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification.

This role involves building strong working relationships with clients, managing and prioritising support requests, and growing technical skills through on-the-job training. You will also be responsible for communicating updates directly to stakeholders and liaising with developers on technical queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with clients to retain business
  • Liaise with developers on technical queries to ensure efficient resolution
  • Manage and prioritise all support requests against SLAs to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Grow technical skills through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Communicate updates directly to stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Flexible working hours from 8-10am to 4-6pm, Monday to Friday
