Our Sales Team

We're seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for attracting and signing exciting new companies to drive the growth of Hibob. Your primary focus will be managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within our UK SMB market segment.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations.
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline.
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
  • Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences.
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners.

Requirements

We're looking for a self-starter who is adaptable to new initiatives and can work remotely and autonomously. If you have 0-2 years of closing deals as an Account Executive or working in an out-bound SDR/BDR role within a SaaS company, experience with HR-tech environments, and a proven track record of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets, we'd love to hear from you.
