About the Role:

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional to oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining high standards of excellence.

The role involves supporting the Front Office Management team, establishing guest satisfaction data, and developing improvement plans to address service shortfalls.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Reception Supervisor or Front of House supervisor in a similar operation.
  • Passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of revenue management and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and guests.
  • Natural leadership qualities, enabling the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Reservation Systems (Opera).
