Key Responsibilities
As a Reception Supervisor at The Tower, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in experience.
- Working closely with our team of Receptionists to ensure efficient and effective guest services.
- Resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at The Tower, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Reception Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a warm welcome.
Salary and Benefits
