We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Team Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ticketing system, supervising a team of Welcome Hosts, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us at Portico Corporate Reception Management, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the guest experience. You will work closely with the Guest Services Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve our services and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the ticketing system and ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Welcome Hosts to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our services and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of supervising teams in a busy public space or fast-paced venue environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A knowledge of using ticketing systems.
