Job Title: Clinical Validation Specialist - Orthopaedics

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Validation Specialist to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a Clinical Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for validating patient pathways and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and policies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to review and validate patient data, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to optimize patient care. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

With a strong background in healthcare and clinical systems, you will be able to utilize your knowledge to manage administrative processes and ensure accurate recording of patient data. Your ability to work independently and proactively will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for actively managing validation processes and providing feedback on completed validations.

Key Responsibilities
* Validate patient pathways and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and policies
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review and validate patient data
* Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize patient care
* Manage administrative processes and ensure accurate recording of patient data
* Provide feedback on completed validations and actively manage validation processes

Requirements
* Experience in RTT validation and clinical systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum.
