About the Role
">This fixed-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support and responding to first-line queries. You will work closely with the HR team to deliver a range of tasks, including processing starters and leavers, updating personal details in IT systems, and producing contracts and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
">Deliver professional and accurate first-line advice to colleagues and managers in accordance with HC-One policies and procedures. Respond appropriately to queries from colleagues, managers, and external parties, handling through to resolution where possible. Provide HR admin support, including processing starters and leavers, updating personal details in IT systems, producing contracts, outcome letters, and documentation for redundancy and TUPE processes.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant administrative experience within a large complex organisation. A good general level of education, including GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English grades C/6 or higher, is also essential. CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it is desirable. You will be required to maintain confidentiality in all matters, adhering to Data Protection legislation.
