Job Summary

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing expert HR and Employment Law advice to clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and contributing to internal training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR and Employment Law advice to clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HR and Employment Law, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in your work.
Requirements:
  • Strong HR background with experience in providing end-to-end support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive package reflects the importance of this position in driving business growth and success.
