About the Role
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team at United Response. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in empowering vulnerable individuals in your community to lead independent lives.
">In this rewarding position, you will utilize a digital app called Nourish to manage care and support plans for the individuals you assist. With comprehensive training provided, you will be confident in using the technology to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you support.
">As a Community Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and making their own choices. You will help them develop the skills and confidence they need to live more independently, while providing guidance and encouragement when needed.
">We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus generous leave benefits, including 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time), increasing with service.
