Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist - Communications to join our team at County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Communications Team, including project coordination, diary management, and document preparation.
  • Assist in planning and delivering communications-related events and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Support the team in preparing and sending routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in administration, with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible approach to work, with a commitment to quality customer care and delivering excellent service.
