**Job Summary**

We are seeking an HR Service Advisor to join our team, responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including visa sponsorship, right to work, and ER-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer HC-One's visa sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance with Home Office and legislation requirements.
  • Provide professional and timely responses to queries, escalating to the HR Services Team Leader or HR Advisor as needed.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases, coaching line managers and investigating officers from initial contact to completion.

**Requirements**

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a related HR role.
  • Significant experience in providing employee relations advice to line managers, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Good knowledge of employee relation legislation and HR compliance legislation, with practical application experience.
