**The Opportunity:**
We invite applications from experienced HR Advisors to contribute their skills and expertise to our team. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, hybrid/remote work environment.
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR advisory services, working closely with the Senior HR Advisor and HR Services Manager to drive shared objectives.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Offering expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring effective case management and minimizing risk.
- Coaching line managers, investigators, and hearing officers throughout the ER process, from initial contact to conclusion.
- Escalating complex cases to the Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager for continued support and guidance.
- Reporting emerging trends and themes to inform policy updates and procedures.
- Designing and delivering comprehensive HR Policy and Procedure training sessions.
- Participating in strategic HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, covering multiple HR disciplines.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records, including proper logging and documentation storage.
- Contribution to ongoing HR policy development and updates, aligned with current employment legislation.
- Staying up-to-date on employment law, best practices, and emerging trends through continuous professional development.
