Hours: This role is flexible, part -time hours (hours TBC).

Pay Rate: £10.42 PAYE per hour, DOE

Our client is looking to hire an HR Administrator, for approximately 2-3 months.

This role is flexible, part -time hours (hours TBC).

You will provide an effective, efficient and high-quality administrative service to the Human Resources Management Team.

Previous Minute taking/note taking experience is required for this role.

**Key Duties**:

- Assist in the organisation of meetings ensuring all arrangements are complete
- Typing of correspondence
- Deal with in-coming and out-going mail as appropriate
- Deal with telephone calls and other enquiries effectively by assessing urgency/priority in absence of Senior Staff
- To take accurate notes in meetings.
- To act as a point of contact for all customer enquiries, courteously receiving visitors and answering personal callers and telephone enquiries using own initiative from experience gained.
- Deal with general enquiries from managers, re-direct as appropriate, resolve routine enquiries and take messages as appropriate
- Assist the Human Resources Management Team with administrative support on employee relations issues i.e. grievances, harassment, disciplinary matters
- Enter and maintain accurate data on HR systems, eg ESR.
- To contribute to the delivery of Directorate and Care Group plans and programmes as identified within key objective
- Ensure confidentiality, safekeeping and location of documentation through effective filing systems.
- General admin duties including, filing, photocopying, distribution etc. and the upkeep of the photocopier machine
- Ensure the work environment is tidy and complies with health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in in-house training as required
- Providing cover for colleagues across the Trust as necessary and at the demands of the service
- Any other duties commensurate with role.

**Key skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience of taking minutes/notes of meetings.
- Previous experience working within the NHS.
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous experience of working in HR - desirable
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff across the Trust to take messages.
- Ability to liaise with managers, staff and staff side representatives in order to arrange meetings and appointments
- Previous experience of liaising with external bodies as required

For absolute clarity, we only work on a PAYE basis, rather than entertaining umbrella pay terms, we do not offer Ltd/umbrella or outside IR35 rates.
