HR Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- HR administration support to the team and dealing with queries
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries
- Handle employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution
- Support with training and development
- Maintaining employee records
- Arranging company travel and coordinating meetings
**Person Specification**:
- Previous experience in a similar HR admin position
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Highly organised and proactive
- Experience working with sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
