**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team, supporting the delivery of exceptional HR advisory services. As an HR Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Advisor and HR Services Manager to achieve shared goals.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to work in a dynamic, hybrid/remote environment, promoting work-life balance.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Providing expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring effective risk management and resolving cases efficiently.
  • Closely managing ER cases, from initial contact through to conclusion, providing coaching and support for line managers, investigators, and hearing officers.
  • Escalating complex cases to the Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager for continued support.
  • Identifying and reporting emerging trends and themes to inform policy updates and procedures.
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive HR Policy and Procedure training.
  • Supporting strategic HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, incorporating diverse HR disciplines.
  • Fostering collaboration and sharing HR insights with colleagues to enhance consistency and growth.
  • Maintaining precise and timely records, ensuring proper logging and documentation storage.
  • Contributing to ongoing HR policy development and updates, aligning with current employment legislation.
  • Committing to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date on employment law, best practices, and emerging trends.
